Susiecakes Red Velvet Cupcake
My running friend kindly drove over to Susiecakes in Brentwood to purchase some Red Velvet cupcakes ($3 a piece) for Angie and I. Apparently, they even let her purchase them before the store even opened as she begged and pleaded….what a good friend! They were quite delicious…very, very moist! However, the frosting wasn’t mixed quite well as you could taste the sugar granules. I’m not sure if they are going for that kind of texture, but it made the frosting taste different. Nevertheless, great cupcake and I would go back for more.
